You might have heard people taking on a “30-day pushup challenge” where they aim to do 100 pushups a day for an entire month. I’ve seen many people work this challenge, and they all say the same thing at the end: The pushups become really easy!

It’s true. Once you start doing pushups regularly, you will get stronger. You’ll see that you can push out another 10-20 pushups a day. 50,000 pushups in 12 months equates to about 137 pushups a day. If you start small, and increase your volume a bit at a time, you will see that 137 pushup a day isn’t that many. Who knows, by the end of 12 months, you might even do more than 50,000!
