Not sure if you’re strong enough for burpees? There are many different kinds of burpees one can do, at any experience level. There’s the half burpee where you basically don’t do the pushup portion of the burpee. There’s the step-down burpee where instead of explosively kicking out your legs to get into pushup position, you slowly step down into pushup position, which is must easier on the ol’ joints.

I guarantee there’s a burpee out there for you!

Once you start doing burpees regularly, you will get stronger. You’ll see that you can push out another 5-10 burpees a day. 15,000 burpees in 12 months equates to about 42 burpees a day. If you start small, and increase your volume a bit at a time, you will see that 42 burpees a day isn’t that many! Who knows, by the end of 12 months, you might even do more than 15,000!
