2026 will see the release of Joshua Decker’s latest book: Women, Violence, Freedom – The Vices of a Man.
Men today face the challenge of being bombarded by endless content that is specifically designed to be hyper-appealing to them. Much of the popular video/image content you see online can be categorized into 1 of 3 topics: Women, violence, or financial freedom.
- Women: There is more pornography or pornography-adjacent content online than ever before. It’s extremely difficult for a man to stay away from such content that is unbelievably stimulating and hits the core of what most men crave.
- Violence: Men love a good fight. Content like police bodycam footage or backyard brawls always appeal to men and make us crave more.
- Freedom: The goal of every man is to have the means to do what he wants. In today’s world, that means being financially independent. We love consuming content of those who have already achieved financial freedom, and we enjoy living vicariously through them.
This content only distracts a man from his work, and his purpose.
“Women, Violence, Freedom” is meant teach men why they crave this type of content and will show them how avoiding it will open up the doors for them to finally start living their best life and live their true purpose.
